How long could i get banned from xbox live for using this mod?

For Halo Reach there is this mod where it gives you something around 2 billion credits. I really want all of the armor that i could get with that, but i dont wanna get banned from live. I know that the moderators for live really crack down on the people who use mods for invincibility and aim bots and stuff, but this is something that could be achieved through normal gameplay, im just cheating to get it faster. so in conclusion, one: will i be banned at all for using it? two: if i will get banned will this be permanent or temporary?
