Is anyone else totally STOKED that they are remaking Clash of the Titans?

I had heard a rumor about it but I wasn't sure. That got my interest up so I went and rented it again and yeah- those old effects were pretty crap, lol. I think it could use some improvement with the newer effects as long as they get characters that are as close as can be to the originals- we don't want to lose the feel of the movie just to have better looking vultures and scorpions, right?
