Why does ebay keep removing my listing?

I dont understnad...it says trademark violation? I have sold 5 items as buy it now...and I revised the one saying what sizes of a jersey i had left and immeaditely after doing so they closed both my auctions? Am I still obligated to ship out the 5 items that were marked as paid and say ship now on pay pal?
