What do I need to do to get my hasband help out?

I am pregnant and have two boys and my husband dose not help me much.I would understand that he is tired or had a long day at work or something but the thing is he has been unemployed for more than a year and all he does is sleep sleep sleep any chance he gets and give me stupid excuses that he is depressed or it fells good to sleep... etc
