My mother is ist? How can I debate with her?

well since you say that your mom has grown children then it must be safe to say she grew in a time when a kept woman was guaranteed security in her old age and that an education was just a perk to make herself look good to her husbands co-workers and friends......i bet she has used the line BUT IT IS MY FAMILY HOME AND ABOVE ALL MY HUSBAND THAT GIVE ME MY GREATEST PLEASURE...you can't win against those kinds of beliefs.....or maybe she had no choice but to live that life because it was expected of her to put family and husband first and over the years she really grew to believe it....maybe one day when she rediscovers herself she just may shock the sh*t outta you
