How to become a surgeon??? Please please please please please i beg you?

Please don't give me the link to a site. Just write it down yourself because i got nohthing from all these sites. I'm lebanese and want to study surgery in the USA. So, i will do the 1st 7 years in lebanon and then continue surgery in the USA. What tests should i take (progressively) ?starting from which year? when i finish the 7 years or before? Please write them down in steps and explain about the exams and the rank to becoming a surgeon. Thanks in advance
