Is Sarah Palin trademarks her name, does that mean she can lose the right to use it in a bankruptcy?

A person cannot trademark their name. Simple as that. There was already a situation where someone tried to trademark their name (a criminal who didn't want it published). His stupid actions in TRYING to trademark his name made his name more well known than if he'd simply done nothing.
