Do you really think we will get a referendum on electoral reform?

My take on this is that they say it will happen within this parliament. But if as predicted by many, this coalition only lasts for six months or a year, which results in another election where the Tories are favourites to win, surely they would just say that the Libdems failed to live up to their part of the deal, therefore no referendum.
