Where is best to sit at Wembley stadium to get a good view, not too far away from the pitch?

we are going to stoke city vs Bolton at Wembley for the fa cup semi-final as stoke fans, but we don't know where would be good to sit. Can anyone with past experience please tell me where would be good to sit not too far away from the pitch but with no-one in front who can stand up. (row numbers etc.) thanks...
