I have pluracy?

I've been in and out of 2 Er's and 2 drs offices since feb 27. Friday the 29th my chest exrays came back. I have pluracy. It was described as the lining in my lungs have no cushioning similar to a joint with no cartilidge. As a nice added bonus I was having anxiety attacks due to too much going on right now and the pain was making me hypervenalate. So now I'm on aritomyozin (zpac) antibiotic, prednizone (steroid), prednizone, (inhaler), nebulizer (albuteral nebulizer treatments) Vicodin (for pain) and my xanax has been jumped from .5 mg 1x\day to 1 mg 3 times per day. I have to be on complete bed rest. Basically I'm having pluracy while I was on the brink of a nervous breakdown. I am supposed to be getting better tomorrow but it's not happening for me. I am supposed to be at work but if I'm not better I will end up in the hospital. Granted I'm just not sure if it's the looney bin hospital or a real one for the pluracy. It hurts and I have a panic attack.
