Joe Saunders and Ryan Theriot for Miguel Tejada?

I would do it. Joe Saunders will not pitch as well in the second half. Tejada has been struggling lately but is still batting .300. I would consider picking up Mussina or Pedro. They both won't get you a ton of strikeouts but should get you a decent amount of wins. If you need strikeouts go with Jonathan Sanchez. I can't believe you have good pitchers on waivers. The best pitcher in my leagues on waivers is Vincente Padilla.
