What are those-upside down pendulums called?

The dr has one in dr T 5,000 fingers. It's a triangle with a tick tocking pendulum. I donno if it's a clock or not. All I remember is the pendulum. In a triangle. Pointy side up. Te pivot point of the pendulum is on the bottom.
